Cool & Care Footwear 足下潮物
当下的年轻潮童 (最近刚学到的潮语…哈哈!我知道我很OUT! ), 他们的足下潮物一定离不开一对酷到不行, 酷到爆的converse 鞋. 不是你一对converse 就我一对马丁鞋 (Dr. Martin).
最近闷倒荒的我也学变潮童了，是超龄的潮童， 哈哈！！可能错过了我的“潮代”， 现在的我乘还不是严重 “超龄的潮童”简称 ＝ 超童。。。呵呵！我也买了一对高靴的设计因为小女子比较喜欢， 感觉除了酷也能修小腿的感觉。可是比较矮小的人就要放弃这种设计咯。选择平行的比较适合吧。
虽然一直以来都很喜欢可是就是考虑了很久，原因是很多人都说鞋子很重， 鞋底很硬。。最后我还是买了，好喜欢之余也希望好穿，幸亏还好，不会不舒服，不过我加了记忆足垫，所以没问题。你们也可以试一试如果你也跟我一样，有这个顾虑。
最近不是单单为了变潮童啦。。也是应该考虑到我的脚的负担了，女人总是爱穿高跟鞋，最近年级也大了（呵呵！），腰开始出问题，所以不得不听话。不过没有高跟鞋的日子还挺舒服自在。
注：游泳也能改善腰问题。

When you look at X or Y generation nowadays, not hard to be noticed almost everyone own a pair of either converse or Dr.Martin shoe. Although converse shoe has been there for N ages but it will never been outdated and it’s still a all time favorite. From time to time, Converse still release some limited edition model and it also represent the cool fashion factors too. No doubt why it still as hot, as cool until now, furthermore it’s selling at affordable price. From SGD50-SGD200 except for certain limited edition model.
Recently i also bought a pair ( high heel design)converse ,haha…maybe i might be too old for my age to own a converse but is good to feel energetic and young heart.. Age is not a problem , yeah! it’s good to feel young again once you put on a pair of converse on your foot and walking on the street. Nothing but Cool !
Let me be young before it’s too too late…haha !!
i prefer high heel design not only it looked cool but it also able to make your legs looked more slimmer.However, i think is not so suitable for people who are more small size and shorter. There are many design to choose from , i am sure definitely there is one that suit your taste :).
As for Dr.Martin, it’s absolutely cool but i guess is just feel too hard for me to wear on my foot. haha !
A lot of people said converse shoe are heavy too and in fact the shoe base are very hard too. It’s true but it wasn’t too bad when i added a memory foam foot pad on it. So far i love it because i have small high arch foot which is not quite balance in term of proportional with my body weight, that’s why i am very particular if the shoe is too heavy or too hard.
如果想要更好，更舒服的选择，如果经济允许下，我想 fit flops 也是近几年的潮物之一，第一眼看到设计，只觉得卖相马马虎虎，甚至觉得丑。。可是一对卖到SGD149 的凉鞋看来是内有乾坤。。这对所谓兼具健身作用的凉鞋，不只舒服，也被一众名模，名人，艺人穿起了热潮，属于潮物之一啦！ 名人效应犀利也！
If you can afford, there is another much more better choice for comfort shoe/sandals. Fit Flops also another cool and care footwear in these recent years that has been popular among all models and artist. When i recall the first impression that i look at the show, first thing came into my mind was , errrr…hmmm….this ugly sandals are selling at SGD149? CRAZY !! SICKENING ! haha…

Of course you can buy online too but please be careful and do some forum survey and checking before you purchase online because there is many cheats via online store due to it’s high price.

Lastly, there is more affordable choice with such feature from Sketches Shape Ups series. Price selling for sandals from SGD129, shoe from SGD99.
最后还好美国的 sketches 也推出类似的健康凉鞋/包鞋 shape Ups 可是价钱且比较大众化。
I have personally tried on these few models, i guess the key point is you get what you pay for. For the seek of healthier back, better posture, ..etc i think that’s explain why it selling such a pricey price.
小女子不是特别推荐不过如果你也跟我一样，开始注重健康的当儿，不妨考虑，看看是不是真的一分钱一分货？ 这说法似乎要你来验证咯。。

It’s all about FRESH ! Easy as 1, 2, 3
Recently i have been under chinese medication for a better body condition. Talk about the chinese TCM, i am gonna share with you one of the Chinese Shinsei located in JB who is very famous and good. I will share in other post because today focus is on this “ the making of Amelly’s Subway ” :) ..haha…
Due to under medication, i were advised by the dr to change some of my diet. Less meat and seafood. Of course no ice, no coffee and tea, no spicy, no fried… :-(
To some people, what is it to be called life if the diet has to be such a boring menu? Let me share with you some of my experience on how to make your healthy food become more interesting and tastier.
” Healthier but tastier” and the most important is balance nutrients.
最近小女子在调理身子, 在吃中药的期间, 医师叮咛要注重饮食, 除了一般上要戒的咖啡,茶和冰水不能喝之外,还要少吃肉类，海鲜类，煎炸和酸辣。。
天啊! 听起来好像什么都不能吃….那人生还有什么乐趣呢? 哈哈! 别那么悲观,健康的食物也可以很美味的..就让小女子来分享下我的经验..今天就教大家准备: ” AMELLY ‘s subway “. 希望你也会喜欢. 你可以把他当午餐或晚餐, 除非你有很多时间准备早餐,不让就别想了….呵呵!
吃出美味来也能吃出健康! 最重要是营养均衡也!
First Let’s check out the the ingredient as below :
1. You can use whatever bread or sandwiches that you like. As for me, after few tried on the bread selection, me and my hubby preferred with this ” Italian ciabatta bread”. Note: i bought it from Giant and 5 pcs cost only SGD1.95
2. one bottle of tuna in olive (chunky type), you can either use ham (try to choose leg’s meat , 100g cost SGD0.99)or chicken breast (marinated), salmon slices, as per your preference. All these are healthier choice.
3. More fresh vegetables such as romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce ( these are more suitable for sandwiches, of course u can put whatever vegetable as you like), onions, honey cherry tomato, Japanese cucumber, black olive ( we prefer black olive than green olive because it’s taste nicer, i bought the bottle of black live from Tesco and it only cost RM4.50).
4. Cheese - you can use Parmesan cheese or cheese slices. For those who doesn’t like cheese, you can skip it but cheese are rich with calcium. :-)
5. Egg - It’s optional , sometimes i do prefer to put some steam egg (remove the yolk) instead of fried egg for healthier choice. Talk about the steam egg, i always wanted to find a very mini pot to do this and finally i found it from SUPOR brand It’s a set with 1 mini pan ( for fried egg) and 1 mini pot ( for steam egg). This is a perfect set and it looks cute with the little white spot. Cost me SGD9.90 per set. I got it from Carrefour.
6. Last but not least, the sandwiches won’t be perfect without this superb sauce that i want to strongly recommend it here. It’s slight costly (SGD6.45) from NTUC and SGD7.50 from Cold Storage but it’s really taste nicer. This is salad dressing cost Japanese sesame dressings. It’s much more healthier than using thousand island, mayonaise..etc.
让我们来看看有什么材料:
1．面包，本人尝试了好几种面包，最后觉得这＂italian Ciabatta ” 面包最搭配，口感最好．当然你可以用任何你喜欢的面包．最好选择麦或谷类面包比较健康．
2．罐头金枪鱼，请选择比较健康的橄榄金枪鱼，就是没有任何的口味或调味料．你也可以选择ham , 鸡胸肉或鲑鱼片. 这些都是比较健康的．
3．很多新鲜蔬菜 (建议选择生菜，油墨菜之类比较适合)，小番茄，黑橄榄，大葱， 日本青瓜等等。。。
4. 芝士，一片一片的 或是一大块的 parmesan cheese 也可以，记得用了过后要雪藏．如果怕肥或不喜欢芝士的朋友，可以选择不放，不过芝士有丰富的钙质．
5．鸡蛋，小女子比较建议用蒸蛋多过煎蛋，记得蒸蛋不要蛋黄。偶尔想吃煎蛋也还好啦！ :)
6. 最后不能少的就是本女子特别推荐的这瓶极品！— 日本芝麻沙拉酱， 这也是一位好朋友介绍的。沙拉酱里头也算是贵的啦！ SGD6.45 一瓶。不知道马来西亚的 Jusco 有没有卖因为是日本货吗， 可是本人在其他的霸级市场都没看见。我是在新加坡 NTUC/Cold Storage 买的。
The Making :
1. Pour some parmesan cheese or cheese slices on the bread, if you are using ham, you can put the ham on the bread too and put into toaster for 4 mins. (180C). I prefer the cheese to be melted on the bread.
Note : if you do not want to put the ham into toaster, you can choose to dip them into hot water for a while.
2. Arrange all the ingredients on the bread nicely.
3. Finally pour some dressings on it.
Tada……the fresh and delicious Subway is up and ready !
Try it today and it’s so easy and honestly i dont really eat subway which cost you SGD4.50-6 outside anymore because it just so easy to make it FRESH!
准备过程简直是简单地如1， 2， 3。。。
1. 把芝士放在面包上，如果你选择ham ， 那也一起放上去然后拿去烤一个4 分钟， 温度慑于180C。我喜欢芝士溶化在面包上的香味。如果不想烘烤ham, 那就烫在烧水大概一分钟。因为ham 通常不是雪藏就是冷藏。
2。把所有的菜整齐的排列在面包上。
3。最后挤一挤日本芝麻沙拉酱在材料上，这样就大功告成啦！
是不是简单的不得了呢？哈哈！
健康又美味的三文治上桌咯！
Some tips :
1. Those left over vegetables, onions…etc, i will keep them into the plastic bag that i bought for IKEA which is meant for kept in fridge. Must look out the symbol as below because is not all the plastic ziplog bags can be stored into the freezer or fridge. Trust me the vegetables will be still as fresh. Of course try not to put more than 1 week , eat while is still fresh.
2. Remember to wash all the vegetables and dip into the water for a while (30mins), usually i will add some salt into the water, the vegetables will be even fresher after that. For more healthier choice, you can choose sea salt.
Lovely Night. These few days and nights had absolutely nice weather ever… Cooling night with 24C. No winter for us but i guess this is the best temp we could get in here and it’s just nice. With such a nice weather and the night view from my balcony… Looking out from the glass door in my room, not only I saw beautiful stars n moon but beautiful lamp post lights lining up in front of me. Sometimes I could even catch some fireworks too..just love the view from my room , from my balcony, the view of wide space gives you a feel of freedom and the smell from the fresh air which surrounded by palm oil plantation gives you the feel of refresh. Lying on the recliner chair and looking out the glass door, this is absolutely a beautiful night for blogging :) 好有感觉的晚上。。 夜静时分，万家灯火。。一排排的灯光有如景上添花，因为在我的房间小小露台，不仅能够赏月，看星星，还有永远的烟花景，就是那一排排的街灯。。不过偶尔还是会看到真的烟花哦！ 这几晚， 天气非常的凉爽，24-31度左右。。虽然没有冬天可是这种温度对于我们来说已经是不能再要求什么啦！ ：） 这么好的天气，这么有感觉的夜景。。躺在我那懒惰椅上，怎么可以不写我的部落客呢。。 好舒服。。。
